The subway artist who served us today was completely unmotivated. The occupancy was not even. Meat was only distributed on 80% of the bread. The knife was used for three different customers with different sauces. The lid was broken several times when it was closed so that normal eating is not possible.

I was with my boyfriend on Saturday, September 5th, 2020 at 8:30 p.m. in the subway neufahrn (cineplex) and we were put off by the bad mood of the dark-haired employee as soon as we walked in Which then delayed serving When my friend asked him how the sauce tasted there was no answer, really unfriendly, even if he doesn't know how the sauce tastes you can apologize and say that you don't know. Then we sat in our places and the employee described above took his cell phone and ran around in a bad mood in the shop and then put his fingers in his mouth and nibble around. Next time I'll think twice about going in there !!!!!!

So it's cheeky what some employees at Subway Finale cineplex Neufahrn do. I understand that you close at 9 p.m., but you won't get anything on Sunday, August 30th, 2020 at 8:15 p.m. because the dark-haired employee says we don't have any more bread. And that wasn't the first time.

Before going to the cinema we wanted to have a quick sub to eat. We even downloaded the app in case it can be used there (it actually gives good discounts and inexpensive offers). When we arrived there, we were absolutely thrilled because the app just named was advertised on the display board with the great offers and we were thus confirmed that we can use the offers. When it was our turn to order, we were informed that this branch does not work with the app, although this is obviously indicated on the display board. That was extremely disappointing, but I could have lived with that. We wanted to use the sub of the day described at the entrance. It was Sunday, so it said on the outside of the door that Chicken Breast was available at a special price. When I wanted to order this, the staff told me that there is no sub of the day on Sundays. Seriously? On the front door and in the queue there are really ominously large signs that advertise exactly this offer for every weekday. That was also accepted. What else can you do? Everyone was hungry ... In fact, we were able to order sandwiches that were actually served. These were carelessly occupied. After we had sat down at a table that was not labeled with an "X" (Corona distance regulations), after we had all sat down and had eaten the first bites, an employee came and told me that we were not allowed to eat inside. He didn't want to tell me why. I meant what we should do instead, because there were exactly 2 small tables outside, both of which were occupied. I also pointed out to him that at the moment, as he must have noticed, I am on crutches. He just repeated his sentence that we are still not allowed to eat inside and said we should go outside. Then why are not all tables marked or at some point you will be told that you are not allowed to eat on site? Sorry, but telling someone with crutches to please eat standing outside is a bit disrespectful in my opinion, since we were already sitting at the table anyway. We were then forced to leave the branch. The employee had long since disappeared. Outside, two people noticed and kindly let us have their table. There we ate our halfway delicious sandwiches (therefore still 2 stars) with a sad mood and then went to the cinema. I don't know if that's the standard at this store, but I'm really disappointed beyond belief. Certainly the last time I left my money there.

I had my own drink with me and wanted to drink it with the drink and the employee said I had to take it with me or hand in the drink. 1. She made the subway so bad that I could not believe it, I have never eaten so bad and because I did not want to give up my drink I had to eat with my friends on a steel staircase (it was around 30⁰) because I was not allowed to eat indoors because of drinking I love subway but today I was very disappointed with the staff member who prepared it so badly that the next time I go there I will go home when she is there hopefully it won't happen again I have to eat on a dirty steel staircase because I can eat inside because of my drink

Wanted to eat something spontaneously on Thursday. Since I haven't been to Subway for a long time, I wanted to eat there again. Was there at 9:40 p.m. and unfortunately found that the shop was already closed, although Google says it doesn't close until 10 p.m.

One way, another way

You can think of the Subway brand and its business practices as you like, but the people there are friendly and you get a cheap meal as a student.

Unfriendly staff is not understood. Fetched wrap that wasn't filled at all. Vegetables were put on everything even though I didn't say that, sauce was put on it I wasn't even asked ... in the end you only hear the sentence that wraps are only made as they are offered and there are no exceptions would be. Wrap ended up in the trash can outside the front door. The subway in Freising at the Schlüterhallen is a thousand times better! I will definitely not go to the cinema again!

Get dried bread from the day before Sandwich drowned in sauce Bread broke apart while eating and only tasted like sauce. If you want to say now it was too long in the toaster no it was not that it was not toasted. Salad was cut so big, there were real scraps

Before going to the cinema, a delicious subway sandwich. The price and performance here are assured. Since the renovation, the shop has been more welcoming and cleaner. The subs were taken normally and special requests (according to the price list) were possible. All the ingredients used were fresh, the salad crisp and the bread crispy. I think it's exemplary that Subway now places more emphasis on vegan and vegetarian alternatives. Keep it up!

Good food, quality and accessibility, as a tourist however the only downside was the understanding via the language barrier however this wasn't much of an issue as it was a great experience overall

Toilet stinks, I've never experienced that. The one present dark-haired subway staff rude. Bread totally stressed and loveless occupied (sauce across the bread, napkins across the sauce, mess pre-programmed.). I often go to Subway, but never again.

Subway like everyone else ... The ingredients were fresh, the shop was clean. The subs were quickly prepared in full shops. Everything as it should be!
